In residence at Gare de Matapédia this autumn, artist Florencia Sosa Rey invites you to come and meet her and discover some of the aspects of her artistic practice explored during her stay at an evening of public presentation.

The artist will be exhibiting traces of a performative action carried out along the river, accompanied by abstract drawings to be discovered in her studio.

Since it's through sensitive exchange that encounters can occur, the artist, in collaboration with Auberge Chez Casimir, invites the public to take part in a large dinner featuring local products and the end of the harvest.

Join us for an evening of sharing, displacement and communion, ''where the body serves as a space for cross-fertilization between notions of memory, self-narratives and interdependence.

Thursday, November 9 from 5pm at the Gare de Matapédia - Community and Arts Centre. Free, open to all.
